We have recently implemented a way for clients to leave us feedback when we close their service tickets. We have been overwhelmed with the fantastic response, and wanted to say thank you to our clients by giving them the chance to win morning tea on us!

As a company who has been in business for over 20 years, we understand the importance of ensuring our clients are satisfied with every experience they have with us. Feedback, whether good or bad, is an extremely insightful and important way for businesses to get an idea of what they’ve done right, or would they could improve on for next time. All in all, attaining feedback from clients is a sure way to provide improved service levels, now and in the future.

To say thank you to our clients for taking the time to leave us feedback, we’re running a competition for the month of October. Every time you leave us feedback, your company will go in the draw to win morning tea on us!

You may have already seen how easy it is to leave us feedback, but if not, simply go to the bottom of your Resolved Ticket email notification to find the feedback buttons (see below), and all you have to do is click on your preference! (Green = positive experience, orange = neutral experience, red = unsatisfied experience).


Once you’ve done this, your company will automatically be entered into the competition, and you will be taken to an online form where you can leave us more detailed feedback (if you wish).

Make sure you let all staff who can lodge tickets know about the competition, so you can increase your chances of winning!
