Our history is like most great start-up stories...


Known then as John Hood Electronic Services, we were founded in the family garage of our director’s home, as a general computer repair service.


We rebranded to Coffs Coast Computers, moved to our first official office in Mildura Street, Coffs Harbour, and concentrated more on servicing consumers and small businesses.


We transitioned from break-fix to Managed Services, ceasing consumer work to focus SMBs.


We acquired Coffs Harbour company Biztech, and on-boarded forty new clients & three staff.


We rebranded to C3 Group, to suit our expanding business, and change in focus to more than just computers.


We were awarded Kaseya’s Australasian Managed Services Provider (MSP) of the Year.


We built out our Private Cloud in a tier 4 Data Centre and started working with larger sized organisations.


We attained Microsoft Gold, StorageCraft Gold, and WatchGuard Gold Partnership status.


We were awarded Kaseya’s Australasian Innovation Partner of the Year award.


We launched our Business Telephony product (Enterprise SIP with fully featured Cloud Hosted PBX).


We gained Gold Partnership status with 3CX and Elite Partner status with StorageCraft.


We were awarded Kaseya’s ‘Executive Choice for MSP of the Year’ award.


We acquired Port Macquarie company Baker IT, and on-boarded a dozen new clients & two staff, opening a second office on the Mid Nort Coast of NSW.


We launched our Mobile Telephony product (Telstra 4G) and C3 Marketplace for client self-procurement.


We were awarded ConnectWise’s ConnectIT Asia-Pacific Techie Award ‘The Community Award’, for our contributions to the IT community


We achieved Lenovo Data Centre Business Group (DCG) Gold Partner Status


We were nominated as finalists for two Lenovo awards: ‘MSP of the Year’ & ‘Reseller of the Year’.


We achieved 25 Years in Business ! (from one man in his garage to 30+ Staff with two offices in Eastern Australia).
